Our Team
Olivia salcedo
Olivia graduated from USC Marshall School of Business with her masters degree in Social Entrepreneurship and a certificate in Sustainability in Business. She has had management roles at various companies in the entertainment industry including IPIC Theaters, Deluxe Technicolor Digital Cinema, and was most recently a theatrical localization specialist at Warner Bros. Studios. Customer service has been at the forefront of her career since she was 16 and she remains committed to ensuring customers always get the best experience and value for their money. Additionally, environmental sustainability has long been a passion for her. She spends much of her free time researching products and companies in an effort to make her home low waste and free of harmful toxins.
laurel rankin
Laurel graduated from USC Marshall School of Business with her masters degree in Social Entrepreneurship and a certificate in Sustainability in Business. She is currently a Sustainability Associate at Renewable Resources Group. With over 8 years of experience at RRG, she has successfully managed teams across multiple projects and locations, previously serving as Office Manager/Project Manager where she orchestrated operations for 30+ employees. In addition to her corporate experience, Laurel has over 10 years in retail management and customer service. Her passion for sustainability was strengthened through her work at RRG and research at USC, driving her commitment to the circular economy and plastic reduction.
